First, save Product #2.

Click the Save button so all of your changes are stored.

Once Shopify confirms it's saved, then:

1. Click Duplicate on Product #2.
2. Leave it as a Draft.
3. Uncheck Inventory quantities (if that option appears again).
4. Click Duplicate.
5. Then we'll turn that copy into Product #3.

For Product #2, I recommend making it Active.

Here's why:

• ✅ Product #1 is already active.
• ✅ Product #2 is complete and ready to be sold.
• ✅ There's no reason to keep it hidden if you're happy with the images and description.

So the steps are:

1. Status: Active
2. Click Save

Then, after it's saved:

• Click More actions → Duplicate
• Create the duplicate as a Draft
• Use that draft to build Product #3

That way:

• Your finished products are live.
• The product you're still editing stays safely in Draft until it's ready.
